Recording equipment, like cameras and audiorecorders. Recording equipment can be used on locations within and outside the institute
Presentation equipment, like screens, projectors, DVD and Blu-ray players, audio equipment. It is not allowed to take presentation equipment out of the institute.

Maximum period to borrow equipment is 3 days.
We work with levels. A graduate, experienced student has access to the most professional equipment, a starting student gets the simple.
Students from departments with their own equipment cannot borrow that particular kind of equipment at Uitleen.
We aim to provide the best quality as possible, we give our equipment out in an orderly way and we expect the user to return it in the same orderly way
When you borrow equipment, you agree to and sign for a loan contract.
Read what you are agreeing to, you are liable from the moment you leave the Uitleen with the equipment
When you sign for our contract you agree to our general agreement,
Not following the contract either or our general agreement will be sanctioned

bookings for assessments have priority over regular bookings
for classes we ask to arrange group bookings. It is necessary to share as much equipment as possible.

We don’t provide equipment for presentations or exhibitions outside the institute.
During holidays Uitleen is closed.
Around the Open Day, Studium Generale and the Graduation period Uitleen will be open for the concerning event only.
